1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Studio MRS LLP website at https://www.studiomrsllp.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("T&C"). If you do not agree with all of these T&C, you are expressly prohibited from using the Site.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Studio MRS LLP Content: Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and all content, features, and functionality (including images, text, logos, and the underlying code) are the proprietary property of Studio MRS LLP and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Site without express written permission.
Client Property: All finished embroidered garments and accessories showcased on the Site are for representational purposes only. Studio MRS LLP confirms that the final designs and garments displayed are the sole property of their respective clients/brands. Display of these items does not constitute a license or right to use the designs.
3. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, unauthorized access, data mining, spamming, or attempting to interfere with the proper working of the Site.
4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
"As Is" Basis: The Site is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Studio MRS LLP makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Site.
Liability: Studio MRS LLP will not be liable for any damages (including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages) arising from your use or inability to use the Site.
5. Refund Policy
The refund policy and timelines are subject to management’s sole discretion in the event of an order cancellation and shall be determined in accordance with the specific terms mutually agreed upon with the client for each order or service contract.
6. Shipping Policy
The Shipping policy and timelines are subject to the mutual agreement and specific terms established with individual clients for each order or service contract.
7. Governing Law
These T&C shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India (or the specific jurisdiction of Studio MRS LLP’s principal place of business, if different), without regard to its conflict of law principles.
8. Modifications
Studio MRS LLP reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these T&C at any time and for any reason. Your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new T&C.
